  1. As someone who often enjoyed the Saturday morning cat-toons, sharing a house with two cats who enjoyed to torment each other as well as the resident people I understand the selection. This is all cat, no human intervention or provision of enhancements (da ‘nip) involved. Henri is really, when you consider it, a human’s pov.

    1. Our two cats hardly interact at all. Even at feed time, when we fill their communal bowl, they simply take turns to get a mouthful.

  2. The Henri videos require using your brain, and, perish the thought, reading subtitles. This automatically disqualifies them as being an Internet favorite.

Most people simply prefer the cartoon simplicity and immediacy of slapstick antics to the more thoughtful and creative Henri. This is exactly why when the market speaks, television becomes a boring wasteland. A kind of mild tragedy of the intellectual commons anyone who enjoys using their brain must suffer and adapt to. Or am I just an insufferable snob? Perhaps.

  3. This one was laugh out loud funny for me! My cats like to spring out of hiding at each other and then run like the dickens through the house, alternating in who is chasing whom!

  4. There’s nearly a week before the EoTYAWKI (End of the Year As We Know It), so a better one is likely to turn up.
    But it’s still pretty good.
Which one is the Mayan cat? Oh, neither : the power socket is an European (Shucko?) one.
