    Now here’s a dilemma.

The title of the thread is, “No comment.” And, indeed, right now, there aren’t any comments.

But, if I click that “Post Comment” button, there will then be a comment, invalidating the title.

What to do, what to do. Do I click the button?

And so, too, it would seem, neither have I….

This is what Glenn Beck would expect if WEIT contained Canidae intermediates.

Don’t bring up Glen Beck. Let’s talk about that dog which has a much higher IQ than Beck. Dog Dammit, the knife and fork also have a higher IQ.

I see your one dog & knife & fork, and I’ll raise you one cat that manipulates its own eating utensils.

It even worse than Christine O’Donnell told us!

Now, you evil scientists have created dogs with human hands and European table manners!

Christine O’Donnell? Isn’t she the one with a mouse brain?

And what the heck do you mean about European table manners? Oh, that would be ‘European’, not ‘British’, so I’ll let that one go!

    What a well-trained (& cute!) doggie.

The best part is the incompletely repressed snickering in the background.

No it isn’t. It sounds like Reagan from The Exorcist giggling after Father Merrin has the big heart attack. It makes the whole video creepy for me, thank you very much.

That is one very dainty polite lab! The lab I know would be drooling all over the plate, the hands, the sleeves, the knife and fork, and the table, not to mention thrashing forward and grabbing the food before the fork ever got near it.

Imagine this video somehow came to the attention of alien biologists unfamiliar with Earth life. Are there any evolutionary clues displayed here from which they could deduce that those hands don’t belong to that dog?

I would love to hear what Christine O’Donnell would have to say about that…

Bravo! I don’t wanna say that I had unwarranted trust that you’d eventually post a dog (on Saturday to boot!), but I did consider it a reasonable possibility in far less than evolutionary time.

      It’s not a dog; it’s a hybrid.

        It’s a prius.

It doesn’t look very pious to me….

I like this much better than Keyboard Cat, who clearly wasn’t enjoying the ordeal of making the video one bit.

I can’t help thinking that dog is playing an elaborate joke on everyone with the tittering in the background.
