As far as I can see from some cursory internet trawling, some nonhuman mammals do have hymens, but those apparently do not include cats.

You can, however, find a Cat Hymen on Facebook. . .

Was that done on a canvas of blue-lined yellow legal pad?

Are you suggesting a pussyquake is better than a boobquake? What if I’m a leg man?

Now that the site isn’t slow, I see that it was indeed the wrong link.

      Here is the Mo picture.

Oh. I came here this afternoon assuming Jerry would have posted on this:

    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-1279988/Artificial-life-created-genome-pioneer-sparking-moral-dilemma.html

A bunch of sensationalistic headlines and errant nonsense — worse than cat cartoons! — about some savvy lab research.

Umm. . . if you want posts about that research, it’s not a good strategy to insult cat cartoons!

I’ll probably post something about it, but almost certainly not just a description of the research, since that’s been amply covered by others. The reaction of people is pretty interesting, though!

It was exactly the reaction that I thought was interesting. (And as a cat person myself, all making fun of cartoons is all in fun.)
